Thank you for shopping with Make It Your Own! We are a small, home-based business, and every order is prepared with care. Please review the shipping information below before placing your order.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days.
Because many of our products are custom embroidered or made to order, processing times may vary depending on the size and complexity of your order.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping
We currently offer shipping within the United States.
Shipping is available for a $6 flat rate unless otherwise stated on the product or during checkout.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.
Delivery Times
After your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times will depend on the shipping carrier and destination. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to the carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, Make It Your Own is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to provide any tracking or shipping information available to us.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos of the package and the damaged item so we can determine the appropriate next steps.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available for select customers. If local pickup is offered for your order, you will receive instructions regarding the pickup location and timeframe after your order has been placed.
